RGI Legal Counsel III
- JD from an accredited US law school
- 8+ years of legal experience as a corporate/commercial attorney, preferably in a midsize to large law firm setting
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing under the Bar of at least one state
- Experience with direct client contact providing strategic and risk management advice
- Experience drafting and negotiating contracts
- Previous in-house experience
- Previous experience in the medical device field
- Ability to clearly communicate complex technical and legal subject matter to a wide range of audiences
- Experience managing a team and/or resources that do not have a direct reporting line
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize conflicting demands from multiple clients (including senior executives) in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with having to provide clear ethical guidance in all aspects of work to a global organization
- Persuasive presentation and counseling skills
- Strong business sense and ability to work patiently and effectively as a partner with business clients
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Interest in and ability to lead process change
- Superior time management skills
