Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)( 4)(iii)(A) and
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

  • Requires practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within one job area.
  • Passionate about learning and willing to work with a highly cross functional team.
  • Experience in planning complex program timelines, budgets, and contingency plans with multiple dependencies.
  • Ability to inject creativity while helping to solve complex problems without known solutions.
  • Ability to assess new technologies and lead comprehensive reviews of the state-of-the-art.
  • Experience in establishing and managing portfolio, project metrics, and KPIs.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and in a very dynamic environment while showing a high degree of initiative and motivation.
  • Strong strategic thinking capability with strong communication skills and proven ability to work with and present to various levels of peers and management.
  • General understanding of surgical navigation, surgical robotics, imaging, medical device marketplace, technologies, and product development process for regulated hardware, software, and systems-of-systems.
  • Advanced technical degree.
  • Typically has advanced knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization.
