Must Haves
· Fluency in local language and at least intermediate level in English
· Strong analytical skills
· Strong understanding capabilities, collaboration potential, innovation capabilities and achievement drive
· Consultative interaction skills with customers, prospective customers and fellow employees
· Strong negotiation skills & ability to close deals with customers
· Strong presentation/communication skills over the phone
· Willingness to travel (max up to 20%) to selected accounts
Nice to Haves
· 2+ years of remote sales experience in Medical Devices or High-Tech environment
· B.A. degree in a business relevant discipline
· Field sales experience or customer service experience in the Medical Devices industry
· Experience in the opportunity qualification, pre-call planning and time management
· Ability to quick “grasp business/healthcare environment”
· Experience with customer relationship management software and SAP
· Desire for increased responsibility and possible promotion/relocation to field sales
