Reimbursement Consultant
- Requires a Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 10 cumulative years of professional experience from these work areas including healthcare professional designation (example; nurse, dietian, pharmacist), strong experience with health insurers, and background in reimbursement (pharma or medical device), sales and marketing.
- Excellent knowledge and network of private insurance/private payor stakeholders
- Mastery Knowledge and ability to strategize, design, and implement plan sponsor programs in health and wellness.
- Strong operational skills to adapt and implement clinic models and programs in collaboration with multiple internal and external partners
- The ability to design and execute clinical patient education programs with the insights of patient care pathways and respective clinical patient experience considerations.
- The ability to strategize, analyze and propose creative and innovative solutions
- Very strong selling and negotiation skills
- Strong written and presentation skills to all levels- including C-Suite for both internal and external stakeholders
Nice to Have:
• Digital health experience and insights is an asset.
• Strong English skill set is required (written and verbal), French is an asset
