Must Have:
- Proven people management experience with establishing and motivating a successful team
- Demonstrable track record developing Business Plans, goal setting and team building, people management legislation and principles.
- Technical aptitude, with advanced level sales abilities
- Strategic account planning and matrix management experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a capable presenter with outstanding customer relationship abilities
- An innovative mindset – always looking for a better way!
- Tertiary qualifications
- Post Graduate qualifications highly regarded
- Clinical experience in Cardiac Rhythm Management – highly desirable
- Industry qualifications – IBHRE – highly desirable
- Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software.
