Regional Finance Leader, Diabetes, Intensive Insulin Management (IIM)

- Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience in analysis (i.e. financial, business commercial operations, business analysis, or commercial finance) or Master’s/MBA or advanced degree with 8+ years of experience in analysis (i.e. financial, business commercial operations, business analysis, or commercial finance)
- Experience leading analysis and recommendations
- Experience creating reports / analytics
- MBA strongly preferred
- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5 years’ healthcare experience
- Additional experience in Commercial Finance, Sales Operations, Sales or Marketing preferred
- Project management experience
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with financial systems and databases.
- Experience partnering cross functionally; coupled with identifying and driving solutions through to completion
- Demonstrated capacity for strategic thinking and planning
- Experience partnering cross functionally with other departments
- Sound analytical skills, ability to manipulate and interpret data which leads to actionable recommendations
- Influence key decision makers and conduct briefing meetings for top management
- Solid business acumen and judgment
- Ability to think creatively and plan strategically
- Excellent written/oral communication & presentation skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a high-energy, fast-paced business environment
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain positive, enthusiastic attitude
- Eagerness to learn and expand responsibilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong working relationships
