A Day in the Life
· You will actively support the implementation of new rebate and amended agreements in the system; ensure consistent and timely completion of activities (Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality standards).
· You will monitor customer compliance form intake, scheduling, and review for accuracy.
· You will partner with the US Contracting Organization to resolve incomplete or inaccurate compliance forms and agreements.
· You will review Medtronic membership roster quarterly to ensure accurate administrative fee payments to group purchasing organizations.
· You will lead and collaborate on initiatives across the organization to drive efficiency in rebate programs, processes, tools, and systems.
· You will participate in system clean-up projects, testing, and schedule maintenance updates.
· You will maintain existing recurring semi-automated reports including issues, download request, and others as assigned.
· You will participate in special projects and provide support as needed.
Must Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in financial business administration, Economics or any other related
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance areas
- Experience working with data tools
- Advanced computer skills with strong knowledge of Excel & Word
- Proficiency in English
Nice to Haves
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Working knowledge of Vistex rebate software (Vistex is a module within the broader ERP system of SAP)
- Experience with MS Access
