Quality Systems Program Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of work experience in Post Market Quality
- Advanced Degree with 3+ of work experience in Post Market Quality
- 3+ years of experience in medical device
Preferred
- In-depth knowledge and experience implementing regulations associated with medical device recalls and reporting of corrections and removals.
- Strong understanding of Post Market Surveillance Report (PMSR) and Periodic Safety Update Report (PSUR) requirements.
- Working knowledge of Project Management methodologies and tools. PMP certification preferred.
- Demonstrated strong business acumen and strategic planning. Ability to think and act from an overall “best for the business” perspective.
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, listening) with all levels of the organization with ability to communicate difficult and sensitive information tactfully and present information to cross functional audiences and management confidently.
- Strong interpersonal, quantitative analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in leading within matrix organizations requiring strong influence management skills, with the desire to develop collaborative relationships within program level core team model and multiple functional organizations.
- Ability to effectively facilitate team meetings, create and deliver presentations, and drive meetings to action-oriented decisions.
- Effective decision-making skills, experience negotiating and balancing decisions and priorities across needs of several functional departments and willingness to make tough decisions. Makes timely decisions in the face of risk and uncertainty.
- Experience in leading virtual cross-functional teams.
- Strong initiative, results oriented, strong sense of urgency. Ability to drive to completion in adherence to aggressive schedules.
- Experience in delivering complex solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
