- University degree in Engineering, Health Sciences or Reliability Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years quality assurance experience in medical devices
- Fluent English - French is a strong asset
- Proficient in computer systems
- Strong knowledge of quality programs such as 6Sigma, root cause analysis technique such as Ishikawa and DoE
- Supplier Controls process knowledge & experience
- The ideal candidate has a degree in Engineering with a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in a highly regulated industry (medical device, pharmaceuticals).
- The candidate has experience developing/executing strategy, developing objectives, performance feedback and management.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the successful completion of quality (ISO and FDA) audits.
- The candidate has experience in leading and managing technical teams of over 30 people, is a strong communicator, demonstrated teamwork and has the ability to negotiate with multiple department inclusive of supply chain, manufacturing and R&D and has previous experience working in a highly matrixed global company.
