Main duties
Delivering and overseeing
the projects – from design to implementation - while adhering to policies,
using specialized knowledge and skills
Assesses business related
challenges and develops resolutions to meet objectives.
Acts as a Coordinator and
Liaison between the Diabetes Business and key decision makers of other
functions (Customer Care, Hotline, start right etc). Ensures proper
communication between stakeholders.
Initiates problem solving
actions and processes to increase customer satisfaction and to support
business needs.
Identifies and
collaborates with different stakeholders to achieve desired results
Contributes to the
completion of work group objectives, through building relationships and
consensus to reach agreements on assignments.
Exchanges and shares information
of facts, statuses, ideas and issues to achieve objective, and influence
decision-making.
Job qualifications
BoS degree or another relevant, advanced degree
Proven track record in
Project Management
Minimum of 5 years
experience in Project Management
Mother
tongue (Swiss-) German or French and fluenci in the other language,
working knowledge of English
