Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree or advanced studies in Business, Public Health or Social Development
- 3 years plus experience with organizing hands-on volunteerism programs in non-profit and/or for-profit sectors
- 3 years’ plus of global strategy creation and implementation
- 2 years plus of Diversity and Inclusion experience
- Ability to influence across matrix
- Familiarity with human centered design/design thinking
- Experience managing global, large scale programs
- Ability to develop deep internal and external relationships
- Monitoring and evaluation of program outcomes
- Experience working in community and/or nonprofit space
- Strong empathetic and diplomatic work style, facilitation and cross-cultural relationship management experience
- Experience managing external vendors and/or agencies
- Communications experience, ability to tell stories of impact to key stakeholder audiences
- Ability to think creatively to solve problems and identify realistic opportunities
- Experience with public speaking and presenting to small and large groups
- RFPs and grant management experience
- Medtronic business unit experience
- Partnerships with Employee Resource Groups/Networks
- Ability to speak at least two languages (English required plus one or more of the followings: Portuguese, Spanish, Hindi or French)
