Program Manager, Government Price Regulations & Value Strategy COE
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of program evaluation and/or program management experience; or, an advanced degree with 3+ years of experience
- Master’s degree in business, policy, management or related field.
- Experience in global policy formulation and analysis with a global mindset.
- Proven experience in program management and strong planning and organizational skills.
- Experience in complex, virtual, global teams; effective leadership skills, and ability to take responsibility for organizational issues.
- Ability to read and interpret complex materials and perform data cleaning; strong understanding of databases, analytical tools, and concepts.
- Effective team player and proven stakeholder management skills.
- Strong writing and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
