Program Manager, Data and Analytics

Bachelors degree required

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Nice to Have
-
Bachelor’s Degree in analytics/business intelligence, statistics, applied math, business, engineering or other technical discipline

5+ years of experience in analytics, ideally transforming analytics, driving adoption, and building new platforms
-
Experience with Excel, SQL, Microsoft PowerBI or Tableau, Python/R
-
5+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Supply Management, or Manufacturing
-
5+ years of experience in analytics in a global Healthcare or Medical Technology company, preferably in support of operational efficiency and client satisfaction continuous improvement efforts.

5+ years of experience in the medical device industry

Proven analytical development skills, process improvement, and strategy

Ability to lead change in a complex environment

Strong facilitation, influencing, organizing, and presentation/communication skills

Ability to simply and clearly convey and communicate complex concepts

Excellent problem solving and decision-making skill

Proven ability to achieve results through building partnerships and influence skills

Broad business understanding and ability to apply to current issues
