Must Haves - Minimum Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficiency in basic math, reading and understanding English - both speaking and writing.
• Demonstrate a record of excellent performance in meeting high standards of quality, quantity and dependability (attendance and punctuality)
• Ability to work in a culturally diverse work population
Nice to Have
• 3-8+ years of previous medical device assembly experience at Medtronic
• 1+ years of previous leadership experience at Medtronic
• Read, understand and work with detailed manufacturing procedures
• Experience working in a lean manufacturing environment
• Aid in performing installation qualifications, process qualifications, and other validation activities
