Product Manager, Patient Management & Service Transformation – Cardiac Rhythm Management
Must Have – Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years sales and/or marketing experience in medical devices required. 3+ years Cardiac Rhythm Management marketing and/or Technical experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Medical Science or Health Science Required
- Advanced Excel software competency / certification an advantage.
- Experience with POWER BI or other Business Analytic Programs highly regarded.
- Strong planning and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal / communication skills, including effective negotiation/influencing and presentation skills, including a demonstrated ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
- High willingness to learn, seeking continuous improvement in skills, knowledge and techniques
- Ability to quickly establish credibility externally with customers and internally with key stakeholders, specifically the field sales team
- Good organisation and time management skills, including working independently and unsupervised, able to prioritise and handle multiple tasks
- Exceptional customer focus; Team oriented, assertive, and friendly
- Technically minded with high attention to detail
