Must Have: Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • You will need 5+ years’ experience in a marketing, business strategy or product development role in the healthcare industry (3 years with Masters)
  • Project management experience
 
Nice to Have:
  • MBA
  • Experience developing product roadmaps, balancing specifications for minimally viable products with a focus on creating breakthrough clinical and economic value for patients, physicians and payers
  • You will need experience planning global product launches
  • Experience with global brand marketing and P&L ownership
  • Technical aptitude, specifically in pain and/or the clinical environment would be ideal
  • Entrepreneurial experience, focused on leadership, accountability and collaboration, is highly valued
  • Sales experience or exposure to working with a high performing salesforce is very helpful
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement marketing plans across geographies and product lines and customer types is also desired
