Product Engineer
Must Have:
Minimum Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent discipline.
Minimum Experience: 2+ years
Nice to Have:
- Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent discipline and prefer 1+ years in Product Engineering or a related discipline
- Prefer a working knowledge of semiconductor physics
- Prefer a working knowledge of wafer fab process and process integration
- Must be able to apply basic principles, theories, and concepts in electronic circuits/systems
- Experience with analog/digital circuit troubleshooting, laboratory practices, product testing
- Experience applying a variety of statistical tools to production data to improve product and process understanding (Six Sigma, DMAIC, Minitab, JMP, Spotfire, Streetwise, etc.)
- Experience with design of experiments
- Must be able to develop technical solutions to complex problems that require critical thinking
- Must be team-oriented and able to guide the successful completion of major programs in a project leader role.
- Strong statistical analysis skills
- Prefer a working knowledge of statistical learning
- Strong overall communication skills
- Strong technical writing skills
- Strong presentation skills and experience using presentation tools and applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence others.
- Experience working in or with a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working in or with regulated environments.
- Programming skills (e.g. PERL, SQL)
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
