Process Development Technician IV
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; may require vocational or technical education and advanced certification in addition to prior work experience.
Nice to Have
- Experience with one or more of the following: equipment automation, ultrasonic welding, spray/spin coating, and optical testing.
- Experience using Excel and Minitab for data analysis
- Experience using computer aided design software
- Experience using and programming in manufacturing execution systems (FACTORYworks)
- Experience developing and validating medical device manufacturing processes (IQ, OQ, PQ, and PPQ)
- Process error proofing (poka-yoke) experience
- Fixture design and development experience
- Strong organization skills with ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; effective interpersonal and influence skills within the team and to management
- Experience working with vendors and outside manufacturing resources to ensure robust and producible designs
- Experience giving direction to other technicians
- Experience with medical products
- Experience with combination products (drug/device products)
- Experience in a regulated industry
- Familiarity with EHS requirements
