Must Have: Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience


Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business or Related field
  • 7+ years of related business and/or relevant facilitation experience
  • Fluent English skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills


Nice to Have

  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Fluent in additional language skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with adult classroom training and facilitation and delivering to classroom sizes ranging from 12 to 50 participants in person and up 500 virtually.
  • Experience delivering leadership development learning and programs
  • Business presentation experience
  • Program and project management experience
  • Organizational and time management skills, including classroom coordination and management
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Microsoft Office experience, including Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage changing priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to a changing business environment
  • Prior leadership and management experience
  • Global program/audience facilitation experience
  • Experience facilitating learning programs with senior leaders and high potential executives
  • Storytelling experience
  • Coaching and/or assessment certification (e.g. GROW, MBTI, etc.)
  • Leadership Development content certifications
  • Experience leveraging proven facilitation techniques for group learning and discussions, including: active listening, role modeling of key skills or behaviors, flip chart techniques, giving and receiving group and individual feedback, coaching of group breakout activities, table activities, peer to peer coaching, etc.
  • Advanced virtual classroom (e.g. Zoom) facilitation experience with audience sizes ranging to minimum size of 500
  • Ability to maintain energy, engagement and effectiveness in learning content delivery with programs that span 3 to 5 days in duration
