Must haves: Minimum requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree and 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree and 5 years of relevant experience.

Nice to Haves:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline and 10+ years of relevant experience.

  • Experience providing technical leadership to small software teams.

  • Experience delivering multi-processor software systems. 

  • Understand the importance of interfaces and simulators in creating continuous integration.

  • Understand networking and distributed software designs. 

  • Understand COTS/SOUP implications when using off the shelf operating systems, middleware, and networking protocols.

  • Have a strong understanding of the intersection of DevOps and software integration.

  • Strong design and architecture skills.

  • Strong C++ skills

  • Solid understanding of RTOS concepts

  • Understanding of DDS, UDP and other networked communication standards.

  • Experience programming multiprocessor medical devices.

  • Experience with software infrastructure development to support data logging, network communication, process management, safety implementation, software installation, network configuration as well as working with build and continuous integration teams.

  • Simulink experience skills

  • QNX experience

  • Experience using Linux and VMs to provide simulation infrastructure

  • Good understanding of 62304 and regulated will defined SDLC.

  • Experience in FDA regulated software delivery.

 

Working Conditions: 

Standard Office setting in South Boston.  Occasional international travel is required.
