Principal Reimbursement Analyst
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 7 years healthcare work experience including 3+ years device industry or pharmaceutical industry strategic reimbursement planning/policy experience with a BA degree
- Knowledgeable of HCPCS/CPT and ICD-10 coding
- Knowledgeable of Medicare and US commercial payers
- Understanding of and experience with health economic methods, including cost-effectiveness analyses
- Demonstrated influence management skills and ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and effective presentation skills
- Advanced degree in health policy, health services research, economics, biostatistics, epidemiology, public administration, clinical research or a related discipline
- Knowledge of global reimbursement systems
- Skilled with creating analytical tools
- 5+ years device industry or pharmaceutical industry clinical trial experience, payer and hospital health care economics and reimbursement
- Demonstrated ability to strategically apply technical knowledge to a variety of business situations and to translate across various functional groups
- Strong project management and prioritization skills
