- Experience in reviewing / providing guidance on marketing communications
Nice to Have
- Paralegal Certificate
- In-house experience with a medical device, healthcare, or life sciences company
- Experience working directly with business partners and multiple lawyers
- Experience working cross-functionally (or across Business Units and Regions) to leverage expertise and resources
- Experience drafting, reviewing, modifying and negotiating a wide variety of agreement types
- Experience with web-based systems
