Basic Qualifications:

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering field and five (5) years’ experience with Robotic systems. Must possess 5 years of experience with each of the following: Computer controlled electro-mechanical system design, analysis, testing and evaluation; 3D CAD software to include SolidWorks, Creo and I-Deas NX; GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and tolerancing), FMEA (Failure mode and effect analysis), DFMA (Design failure mode and effect analysis) and DOE (Design or Experiment) tools; ISO9001 and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices); Manufacturing processes including sheet-metal forming, polymer thermoforming, metal casting, paint and finishing, injection molding, machining and extrusions; and Robot kinematic and dynamic simulation tool such as Actin and engineering requirements in DOORS and Jama.
