Principal Market Access Marketing Specialist, US Commercial Enablement - Diabetes
Must Have: Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years' experience in healthcare related marketing, account management, consulting, strategy, market access, program or product management or sales, OR a Masters' degree with at least 5 years'.
Nice to Have
- MBA, MPH, PharmD, etc.
- Experience in Medical Device/Biotech/Pharma or managed care industries
- Experience in the sales/account management and/or marketing and strategy
- Previous product launch and downstream marketing experience
- Familiarity of pharmacy and PBM space, including launching products to payers
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, time management and team building skills
- Ability to partner with and influence stakeholders across the matrix
- Experience building rapport with sales reps and sales leadership
- Experience interacting with and building relationships with KOLs and Key Customers
- Able to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities
- Familiarity or interest in coverage and reimbursement topics and trends, including payer and pharmacy contracting dynamics
