Must Have: Minimum Requirements
•Bachelor’s Degree
•7+ years in a communications role within a corporate or agency setting
•Experience in planning and implementation of strategic and tactical communications plans
•Experience working with cross-functional teams
•Experience working in a variety of mediums, including print, digital, social, broadcast
•Project management experience
•Experience partnering with and managing external vendors and/or working with internal creative teams.
•Knowledge and understanding of both traditional and emerging communications channels, including social media and digital platforms
Nice to Have:
•MBA or Advance Degree is preferred in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or Public Relations
•Experience translating complex ideas and themes into plain language that employees understand
•Consistently drives and delivers superior results
•Strong Leadership and influence management skills
•Applies creativity and innovation to solve problems or complete complex assignments
•Demonstrates business acumen, preferably experience in healthcare industry
•Experience in large global complex corporate environment preferred
