Must Have: Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience


Additional Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources/Business or related field.
  • 8 years of progressively responsible experience in HR or related field.
  • MBA with HR specialization.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible experience in HR or related field
  • Experience in a medical device or related industry
  • Successful track record as an HR Business Partner and demonstrated experience in developing and implementing change initiatives.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; effective interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and lead others.
  • Results oriented; ability to prioritize rapidly; strong problem solving skills; excellent decision making/analysis skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Computer skills in database, spreadsheet, presentation and word processing software.
  • Effective in interactions at all levels of the company.
  • Strong coaching and consulting skills.
  • Facilitation skills - group and individual, training, team development, conflict resolution.
  • Effective in developing communication strategies and executing them within the organization.
  • Must have a high sense of urgency in providing a strong level of service and follow through.
