Principal HR Generalist

A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Designs, implements and executes human resources strategies for business unit and functional groups.
- Defining Talent Strategy, conducting Strategic Workforce Planning, and HR operating model continuous optimization.
- Partners with business operations to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objective and proactively resolves HR and business issues.
- Provides solutions through organizational effectiveness and employee life cycle management.
- Anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs and trends in partnership with business management.
- Advices and coach leaders, manages/leads changes, and foster a diverse, inclusive, engage and ethical culture.
- Responsible for and/or serves as a HR liaison in key projects.
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience
Nice to Have
Bachelors’ degree in (Human Resources, management, or related field of study
Must be accurate and efficient, high energy, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities; willing and able to be ‘hands-on” in executing programs.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Superior interpersonal and coaching skills, providing effective guidance and support to leaders and employees at all levels.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and excellent organization skills.
Excellent analytical skills, good reasoning abilities and sound judgment
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced setting.
Strong customer relations skills required.
Broad knowledge and experience in labor laws.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and HRIS Systems.
Bilingual (English / Spanish)
Highly motivated generalist with experience successfully facilitating and supporting organizational change.
