Principal Firmware Engineer
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related Engineering field
- 7+ yeays of embedded systems development experience or an advanced degree with 5+ years of embedded systems development experience
- Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related Engineering field
- Proficient in C
- Embedded device security skills
- Experience with Bluetooth Low Energy
- Experience with product security, encryption protocols, microcontroller security features, and secure communication protocols.
- Sound decision making and risk analysis skills
- Experience in medical device applications and diabetes therapy software
- Experience using test equipment for validating embedded software, like an oscilloscope, multimeter, power supply and Bluetooth sniffer.
- Capable of analyzing trends in field data to identify issues early
