Principal Financial Analyst - Global Operations Quality
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years of work experience in Finance and/or Accounting (Or Advanced Degree with 5+ years)
Nice to Have
- Working knowledge of SAP.
- Strong experience in Excel, PowerPoint, Hyperion, Essbase and CXF/CMR.
- Experience in Operations organization.
- Previous Business Partnering support role is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Comfortable and articulate in presenting financial results to a large audience.
- Demonstrate continuous learning and increases in job responsibilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle ambiguity.
- Ability to manage several projects or tasks.
- Resourceful and strong systems, data mining skills or have interest and capacity to learn new systems.
- Ability to assess complex data and variables to identify trends, provide insights and recommended plans of action.
- Advanced modeling, forecasting, risk assessment and scenario planning skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to adjust style to audience.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong influence management skills.
- Advanced Excel required (macros, pivot tables).
