Principal EHS Specialist

Must Haves
•    Bachelor’s/masters level 
•    Strong knowledge on EHS, EHS Management Systems and Behavior Based Safety principles
•    Excellent command of English (reading, writing & speaking) and Dutch
•    Specific certification in EHS area, preferable HVK
•    At least 7 years experience in EHS, preferably in an international environment 

Nice to Haves
•    Knowledge of Dutch regulations around (Milieu, Arbo & Veiligheid)
•    Experience in driving a cultural change
•    Knowledge of EthyleenOxide is an dvantage
•    Some experience in a multinational environment
•    Some experience in Medical industry 
•    Some experience in warehouse and distribution environment is an advantage
