BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION, THE FOLLOWING BASIC QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE EVIDENT ON YOUR RESUME: 
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
  • Bachelor’s Degree 
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
  • 7+ years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience in a law firm, eDiscovery vendor or in-house legal or IT department (5+ years of experience if candidate has law degree)
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
  • eDiscovery or litigation support experience with law firm, eDiscovery vendor, or in-house legal or IT department
  • Project management experience 
  • Experience working with electronic data discovery technologies/review platforms
  • Experience with data collection 
  • Experience developing, documenting, and implementing process and procedures
  • Experience in developing, analyzing, and presenting team, vendor or financial performance reports for operational effectiveness

  • Creative and diplomatic
  • Familiarity with eDiscovery vendor community
  • Experience working in corporate environment
  • Experience with data collection outside the United States
  • Financial savvy and excellent reporting and analytical skills
  • Strong ability to establish and maintain effective, trusted team and client relationships
  • Experience with technology including enterprise-wide data sources, Microsoft Office applications (including Office 365), Symantec Enterprise Vault, Legal Hold Pro, Nuix, Discovery Accelerator, Microsoft SharePoint, other data management tools, concept and work search tools, search engine tools
  • Experience with review platforms such as Relativity and the develop of complex workflows utilizing advanced review technologies
  • Critical thinker with excellent independent decision-making capabilities and a solution-oriented and team-oriented attitude
