Principal Digital Design Engineer
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience
Nice to Have
- BSEE and 7+ years of experience in low power analog deign and mixed signal design.
- Oversees definition, design, verification, and documentation for ASIC development for a variety of products.
- Determines architecture design, logic design, and system simulation.
- Evaluates all aspects of the process flow from high-level design to synthesis, place and route, and timing and power use. Analyzes equipment to establish operation data, conducts experimental tests, and evaluates results.
- Defines module interfaces/formats for simulation.
- Ability to work closely with systems, product, DFT, reliability and test engineering though all stages of development.
- Lab and test equipment skills for the debug, characterization, and validation of designs.
- Leadership in optimizing flows, circuitry, testability and enhancing product performance.
- Ability to perform as a technical lead.
- Ability and desire to train Junior and Senior Level Engineers
- MSEE in Electrical Engineering
- Experience as a Technical Lead is highly desired
- Familiarity with UVM
