Sitting on the EMEA marketing team you will who will oversee the patients experience when interacting with Medtronic Diabetes and our services The ultimate goal is to ensure that customers have the 5-star service, experience and seamless interaction along their journey.

A Day in the Life
• Work closely with product, marketing, transformation, and service teams to analyze customer feedback y detect pain point and opportunities that will lead to the creation of high valued programmes, services and experiences that will improve the customer journey.
• Understands and researches the needs, wants and challenges of people with T1D.
• Build and execute omnichannel campaigns highlighting how Medtronic devices and services can have a positive impact on the lives of people with T1D.
• Orchestrate all brand’s touchpoints (offline and online) to create a seamless and consistent experience for customers across all channels- Communications to Install base.
• Manage external creative agencies.
• Manage internal approval processes for external facing marketing assets.
Must Haves
• At least 8 years of consumer brand experience, working on a global or regional marketing team.
• Deep understanding of marketing metrics and tracking tools.
• Strong digital marketing experience.
• Ability to work and create partnerships cross functionally in a large organisation.
• Ability to craft clear and powerful messaging.
• Have an “outside-in” perspective on elevating customer experience.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal skills and adaptability to change.
Nice to Haves
• Post-graduate qualification in marketing or business.
• Digital marketing qualification.
• Second European language.
• Experience in the medical industry.
• Experience with T1D.
