Must Have: Minimum Requirements
TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE, PLEASE BE SURE THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS ARE EVIDENT ON YOUR RESUME
7+ years with Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or related Sciences
OR
5+ years with Graduate Level Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or related Sciences 

NICE TO HAVE:
Medical Device Manufacturing.
Knowledge of regulatory submissions and guidance.
DMAIC or equivalent Scientific Method problem solving.
Knowledge in materials technology particularly thin film coatings, enzyme immobilization, and various methods for their application.
Knowledge about in-vitro and in-vivo testing of subcutaneous medical devices
Proven ability to translate high level business objectives into tactical solution plans and execute on those tactical plans to overcome obstacles and deliver on key results.
May have deep knowledge of Project Management tools.
Influences key stakeholders to reach agreement and drive decision-making. 
Manages multiple large/complex projects, aligning strategically with business needs. 
Excellent Communication/Presentation Skills, solid reporting writing skills.
Excellent collaborative interpersonal skills.
Highly self-driven, ambitious, detail-oriented.
Focus on execution with hands-on, can-do mentality.
Results-oriented driver and deliverer in a fast-paced environment with challenging deadlines to help the company keep its leading edge.
Accountability, task driven with end goal in mind.
Out-of-the-box thinking in finding solutions to unexpected challenges.
