Principal Business Analyst - Business Transformation / VES (Virtual Engagement Solutions), flexible location Prague , Warsaw, Budapest (CEE) or Istanbul
Must Haves
• Bachelor's degree from analytical fields.
• Minimum 7 years of proven experince in business planning and analytical capabilities ( good understanding and experience with various analytical methods/ visualization approach of reports)
• Experience in a data-driven multinational and fast-paced environment.
• Advanced level of Excel use and data analysis skills ability to manipulate and interpret data.
• Expert skills to utilize Tableu or Power BI ( one of them) and various analytical tools for project management experienced.
• Excellent knowledge of process improvement tools or techniques.
• Excellent operational skills with project management acumen and strategic and entrepreneurial mindset in a multinational and fast-paced environment.
• Ability to advise and influences stakeholders at all levels of the business to achieve strategic objectives.
• Excellent verbal and written communicator with good presentation, facilitation and influencing skills including understanding capabilities, collaboration potential & innovation capabilities.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead organizational change with ability to advise and influence stakeholders at all levels of the business to achieve strategic objectives.
• Operationally focused and result orientated with flexible approach .
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English.
Nice to Haves
• Broad knowledge of Agile Project Management as SCRUM or other methodologies to combine with Agile Project Management (eg. Waterfall etc.)
• Exposure to the same regional cover.
• Certified in Lean or Six Sigma or equivalent.
