Principal Strategic Business Analyst
Must Have:
- 7+ years of experience in operations, finance, strategy, innovation, marketing, business development, product development, or consulting role (5+ years with Masters)
Nice to Have:
· Demonstrated success in people and/or program management
· Experience generating creative new business ideas and strategies
· Experience leading or managing teams and change initiatives
· Strong analytical abilities, financial acumen and business judgment
· Strong project and program management skills
· Fluent in English (oral and written)
· Process improvement and continuous improvement skills
· Experience in financial modeling including the ability to perform sensitivity analyses and critically interpret the results
· MBA or Master's Degree
· Experience in medical devices, healthcare, management consulting and/or investment banking desirable
· Global experience working with multiple sites and functions
· Experience with developing strategic business plans
· Strong understanding of market research techniques and ability to draw conclusions from the data
· Value stream and or process mapping
· Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to summarize complex strategies and data in a clear and concise manner
PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to travel 25% - 30% percent of the time and be able to do the common every day office activities such as work at the key board, answer the phone and greeting internal and external customers
