In this exciting position you will support the Finance Director to ensure effective business support to the Peripheral Vascular Health (PVH) portfolio through financial analysis and support that drives business decisions. You will be a primary finance business partner support to PVH Quality, OU Operations, and Regulatory leadership team.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
Peripheral Vascular Health Business support:
• Business partner to the Quality, OU Operations, and Regulatory leadership teams providing financial analysis and support that drives business decisions.
• Provide support to the PVH Director in financial planning and administration, forecasting and measurement, the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Forecast, Strategic Planning as well as IBP.
• Provide financial expense reporting and analysis, ensuring spending is within budget and company policies.
• Drive financial analysis in support of Gross Margin strategies and projects to include financial modeling, forecasting, AOP, Strategic Planning and business counseling with regards to inter-relations with the broader business, including rationalization and product mix.
• Participate in functional and cross-functional groups as finance representative. Provide guidance on significant operating issues, such as investments, project costs, proposed development activities, valuation analysis, and process improvements. Search for potential areas of exposure and recommend ways to mitigate risk.
• Execute standard period and quarter end financial close activities and support business reviews through standard and ad-hoc reporting and analyses.
• Develop and maintain strong relationship with finance / operations members across GOSC (with a focus on Galway, Nathan Lane, and Danvers). Actively participate in defining repeatable and consistent processes for cost down and RPM projects.
• Partner with the core team leaders for MDR in managing all financial aspects of their projects including AOP, forecasting, trade-off decisions, financial reporting, etc.
• Facilitate training and awareness of financial policies as necessary through educating business partners and their teams (example: capital expense policy, R&D inventory policy, etc.).
• Participate in regular business processes including Strategic Plan, Economic Value assessment, and Project Prioritization.
• Responsible for consolidating and coordinating the collection of financials in support of executive management reviews such as QBR’s and AOP meetings.
MUST HAVE (Minimum Qualifications)
• Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years of work experience in Finance and/or Accounting (5+ years with an Advanced degree)

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Experience with business partnering
• MBA/CPA/CMA
• Experience in a global organization
• Experience interfacing and influence various levels of management
• Strong ability to work in financial/reporting systems (SAP, GFS, Spend, BOXI, Hyperion)
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the proven ability to analyze processes and suggest/implement continuous improvements
• Strong executive communication skills, both written & verbal
• Ability to operate within a complex organization and various levels of management
• Ability to translate ideas and financial results into concise presentations for senior management
• Ability to manage tight time commitments in a high-pressure position
• High degree of initiative and self-motivation
