Prin Field Education Spec
The
ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s Degree required;
5 years medical device work experience
Ideal candidate will also have experience as a Regional Sales Manager for medical device company.1-3 years with sales training experience
- Sales
experience driving sell-in of paradigm shifting services or product
concepts.
- A
consistent track record of sales success that outpaces peers
- Self-awareness
of personal factors leading to sales success; can articulate a repeatable
consistent approach to selling built on sound sales principles
- A
propensity to challenge the status quo and complacency at all levels of
the organization, in a constructive fashion, in support of exceeding
overall company objectives
- Exceptional
strategic thinker with the vision to see the big picture and understand
implications to sales execution approaches.
- The
ability to influence company and department initiatives through
influence-based leadership, applied to marketing, sales, and management
contacts
- The empathy,
leadership, and communication to excel as a cross functional team player
are non- negotiable
- Demonstrated
track record of successfully driving transformational improvement in sales
teams through training and best practice sharing.
- Must thrive
on change; the ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast paced environment is a
must
