Must Have's:
Bachelor of Science in Engineering and 10+ years of product development experience
Specialized Knowledge or Skills Required:
• Background in product design and development, including requirements analysis, concept development, systems architecture, subsystem and component design, systems integration, verification / validation, and operations and support
• Knowledge of systems reliability tools and practices that effectively support requirements, design, integration and verification, and validation
• Background in safety and risk management.
• Ability to think strategically, balancing long and short-term priorities
• A proven technical leader in design of complex, multi-disciplinary systems
Nice to Have:
• Medical Device, Regulated Industry experience
• Demonstrated competency in managing large, complex budgets and resources, with the ability to understand the financial implications of leading a world-class Quality function
• Demonstrated leadership of senior people and complex projects, with a strong track record of leading within a highly matrixed organizations.
• Knowledge of DFSS, DFLS, or DRM, and robust design practices
