BASIC QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year(s) experience with operation and maintenance of building systems and/or material handling equipment
• 1+ year(s) experience with operation and maintenance of distribution automation equipment to include automation control systems
• 1+ years(s) experience using computer software
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in English Language
• Solid customer relationship and customer service skills
• Must be computer literate, including some experience with computer software
• Ability to prioritize and accomplish assigned tasks and projects within established timeframes
• Team player – able to work with multifaceted team
• Experience using CMMS systems – preferably MainSaver
• Boiler License or the ability to obtain license
• Experience in electrical troubleshooting

• Work may be performed in confined or restricted position or with exposure to temperature/weather extremes.
• Job responsibilities may include handling universal waste and hazardous waste, and managing universal and hazardous waste storage containers. Employee shall receive training relevant to employee’s waste handling responsibilities. Training will be provided initially and annually thereafter.
