Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience of relevant experience and may require vocational or technical education and advanced certification in addition to prior work experience.
  • Current Active Motor Vehicle License

Nice to Have:

  • Skilled in use of hand and power tools required in service of electrical equipment.
  • Knowledge of equipment preventive and predictive maintenance principles
  • Ability to inspect and evaluate facilities equipment for proper operation and perform routine maintenance, cleaning and adjustment
  • Abilty to conduct tests on equipment and to analyze and troubleshoot problems in HVAC and Air Compressors.
  • Progressive technical certifications.
  • Ability to work overtime as required.
  • In depth knowledge of machinery maintenance.
  • Good electrical problem-solving skills.
  • Good mechanical problem-solving skills.
  • Able to define PM procedures and review/maintain spare parts for the equipment.
  • Contact outside vendors for purchasing of materials, components, fixturing, and outside services.
  • Excellent manual dexterity.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of EHS requirements.
  • Able to use Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Ability to escalate equipment downtime.
  • Knowledge of the English and Metric measuring systems with the ability to perform mathematical conversions to each.
  • Prioritize and balance workload of multiple project assignments based on business and functional objectives.
