Plant Maint Mechanic (C) 1st shift
• Experience in a building operation/facility environment
• Experience providing excellent customer service
• Experience performing basic maintenance tasks on building equipment/systems
• Experience utilizing computer applications – personal computer
• Boilers license (“Special” or higher) (can be in process)
• Valid driver’s license
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 6+ months of Facility Operations experience
DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• EPA refrigeration “universal certification”
• Ability to read and understand blue prints, shop drawings, and schematics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
