Patient Services and Marketing Manager - Restorative Therapies Group
EDUCATION REQUIRED
• Bachelor's Degree
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• 6+ years of marketing experience in Medical Device, Healthcare, Pharma or Consumer Package Goods Industry (4 years with Masters)
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
• Project and people management experience
• Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese
• Intermediate level of English
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
• Ability to work under tight time constraints and manage multiple projects across several products/services simultaneously
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and provide ongoing innovation
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Responsive, action-oriented.
• Medical field sales or support
• Analytical/problem solving experience
• Innovative and creative problem solver. Ability to proactively resolve issues.
• Great attention to detail.
• Achievement-oriented and demonstrated ability to self-start projects and/or tasks.
Nice to Have:
• MBA
• Direct to Consumer/Patient marketing experience and / or CPG marketing experience
• Patient Services, Customer Support, or Patient Support Program experience including use of CRM, phone systems, techno vigilance regulations.
• Online promotion experience
• Presentation experience to customers and management
• Leadership and motivation skills as demonstrated by a clear record of accomplishment
• Financial planning and analysis (financial & market) skills
• Experience developing and implementing marketing campaigns
• Experience tracking and reporting program analytics, developing KPIs, and determining ROI off programs.
