As Patient Management Technical Consultant for Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) – You will provide daily interactions with the field through digital health capabilities, providing cardiac patient management solutions of Medtronic CRM Spain Organization.
The organization of Patient Management is focus on build an agile ecosystem integrated by programmers for implantable cardiac devices implant and follow up, remote monitoring network and patient management services and analysis data that empowers healthcare providers and patients with actionable insights, elevating standard of care throughout the patients journey with an implantable cardiac device.
You will work in close collaboration with the local CRM Country Field organization at Customer sites in Spain and connect with Customer IT Stakeholders in the Hospitals and align on implementation, connectivity, deploy and train the Customers on Patient Management Solutions portfolio.
You will execute on local business plans, coordinated by Patient Management with the CRM OU and SHQ Tolochenaz organization, to achieve full target account deployment of the SmartSync Solution in Hospitals.
A Day in the Life
• Connecting and build partnership with local Country CRM Field Team in Spain and EMEA
• Taking on responsibility for implementation of Hardware, Software and connectivity at Customer Sites, connecting with IT Stakeholders in the Hospitals, clarifying and overcoming any technical issues and creating a plan for implementation with the CRM Field team
• Supporting IT Stakeholders in case of any technical questions and testing connectivity in the Hospitals; Wi-Fi & data sharing
• Validate the installed or delivered SmartSync Device Manager solution and testing and implement printing functionality
• Delivering Customer technical training face to face or remotely
• Supporting Go-live and ensure project plans and KPI’s are updated and ordering & contracting processes together with local CRM Field Team
• Working closely with SHQ & Country CRM Field Team to drive account project plans and ensuring account target pipeline is planned and phased
• Building relationships with target accounts, understanding their needs and priorities and supporting local Field Team to identify new Business opportunities
• Coordinating internally to ensure a smooth deployment and ongoing support handover to Tech Services EOC, as well as the solution delivery to ensure that planned business outcomes are met for the customer and Medtronic
• Managing existing clients through full implementation process to go-live, ensuring satisfaction and full system usability & availability
Must Haves
• At least 3-5 years of experience in an IT Consultancy, Implementation or IT Support role, ideally with experience working within a healthcare/ hospital environment.
• Good common understanding of IT Infrastructure, Security and Data Privacy requirements in a regulated environment
• Training experience of non-technical & technical Customers
• Bachelor’s degree or similar education
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Good skills in coordination activities between different stakeholders and good in building relationships with ‘soft’ skills.
• Effective in time management and prioritization management.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills including ability to work through details.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Client focus, influencer, thought partner and negotiator.
• Ability to develop and foster business relationships with continuously changing stakeholder groups inside key customers’ organizations.
Nice to Haves
• Track record of experience delivering or supporting IT Infrastructure in Hospitals
• Project Management skills
• Experience as an IT Consultant and/or Pre-Sales
• Experience using CRM-systems and Service Support platforms
