Operations Director
Must Have:
• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with 7+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with 7+ years of managerial experience.
• Experience with Lean & Six Sigma Methodologies
• Financial management experience
Nice to Have:
• 15+ years of experience with Bachelors
• 13+ years of experience with Masters preferred
• Proven experience and success at leading organizational and cultural change
• Deep knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
• Demonstrated analytical skills with high critical thinking ability
• Working knowledge of strategy processes and policy deployment
• Proven ability to effectively balance tactical response with strategic vision
• Superior ability to solve problems while avoiding ad hoc approaches
• Proven ability to drive high engagement of workforce without autocratic approaches
• Good interpersonal communication skills including presentation skills
• Excellent financial management skills with proven ability to manage numbers
• Medical Device experience
• Experience in SAP environments
• Multi-industry experience
