MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

 

 

 

Required Knowledge and Skills:

 

  • Demonstrated ability to accomplish goals and objectives within budget.

  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels both orally and in writing.

  • Demonstrated success in building, motivating, coaching and leading a sales team

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, selling, presentation skills, and technical skills, including computer skills, (e.g. word-processing, spreadsheets, e-mail and the effective use of presentation software)

  • Demonstrated ability to act independently without frequent direction

  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment.

  • Ability to manage multiple products / projects

  • Ability to influence others

  • Strategic and analytical thinker

  • Independence, energy, and positive attitude

  • Ability to adapt and change within dynamic market and business environment

  • Fiscal experience managing a budget and resource allocation

  • Demonstrated leadership skills and a proven track record of results in medical sales

     

    Minimum Qualifications:

  • Four-year college degree.  MBA or related Master’s degree is preferred.

  • Three to five years of experience in sales management. This experience must include demonstrated success in leading experienced teams in a complex work environment.

  • Demonstrated success in the Neurovascular space or similar.

  • Minimum of five years’ experience in the medical device industry.

  • Minimum eight to ten years in progressive sales role.

     

     

    Special Requirements:

 

  • Travel required – 50-80% of the time
