Northeastern Distribution Director
- Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 10 years of relevant Distribution and Operations experience with 7+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant Distribution and Operations experience with 7+ years of managerial experience

- Broad background and experience in Distribution and Operations technology. In-depth understanding of operations administration functions.
- Enterprise experience with a demonstrated track record of continuous process and productivity improvement and successful results in developing and implementing change initiatives
- Excellent leadership, influencing, and mentoring skills.
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate personnel in the role to balance staffing strengths with profitability and growth.
- Master’s degree with an emphasis in Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 10+ years of progressive experience working in a world-class supply chain organization with a focus on operational excellence
- Global enterprise experience with a demonstrated track record of process and productivity improvement and successful results in developing and implementing change initiatives
- Experience in SAP ERP systems, Supply Chain Management Applications, and other emerging Supply Chain Technologies
- Strong communication skills, including communication with employees, clients, senior management, and vendors
- Experience in a highly regulated industry, preferably medical
- Proven knowledge and discipline around departmental budget planning and execution

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location.
