Medtronic Global Command Center Operator IV (Saturday/Sunday, 6pm-6am; Monday/Tuesday, 10pm-6am)
MUST HAVE (Minimum Qualifications)
• High School Diploma or GED
• 6+ years of experience, ideally within a security command center or helpdesk setting
NICE TO HAVE (Preferred Qualifications)
• Experience with security technology including alarm and access control and badging systems, CCTV systems, communication technologies, and/or software programs
• Basic understanding of enterprise IT architecture(s)
• Basic understanding of computer and network protocols and functionality
• CompTIA Security + Certification
• Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree
• Good organizational skills, with emphasis on multi-tasking and rapidly assessing and shifting priorities
• Ability to maintain professional demeanor under stressful situations
• Experience with security technology including alarm and access control and badging systems, CCTV systems, communication technologies, and/or software programs
• Some experience with IT, Information security, cyber, privacy, security incident management, and/or digital forensics
• Strong in interpersonal communication and demonstrate a collaborative work style
• Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment
• Innovative thinker; ability to think outside of the current norms and processes
• Independent self-starter
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Solid writing and presentation skills
