Materials and Supply Planning Manager
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Nice to Have
- 5+ years in Supply Chain, Planning, Purchasing or Logistics including 2+ years in managing staff
- Ability to lead, energize and influence change efforts at all levels of a complex organization.
- Purchasing, Planning and inventory management experience
- Knowledge of manufacturing, logistics, warehousing and transportation in a highly regulated industry
- Excellent oral and written communications skills with the ability to interface and influence at all organizational levels.
- Excellent understanding of data analytic and statistical tools, capable of explaining the underlying concepts and principles.
- Experience in MRP and ERP systems including BPCS, SAP, AGILE
- Demonstrated use of Microsoft Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Hands-on experience implementing projects and new initiatives.
- Track record of delivering results with a passion to win.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Excellent decision-making skills, considering all relevant factors and stakeholders.
- Experience establishing key performance indicators
- APICS certification
