Master Black Belt-Product DNA Program
- Bachelors degree required
- Requires a University Degree and minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
- DRM or Lean Six Sigma (Master) Black Belt certification.
Nice to Have
- Consistent application of project management leadership and extensive application of continuous process improvement methodologies such as DRM, Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in cross functional programs in consulting capacity.
- 5+ years of experience in teaching, coaching, mentoring, and consulting.
- 2-4 years of proven success in a MBB leadership role.
- Strong and demonstrable project management skills: planning & coordinating, communicating & influencing, achieving milestones, resolving issues and managing risks.
- Strong project leadership, ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
- Innovative, passionate, and able to inspire people at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent facilitation and issue resolution skills.
- Experience working in an FDA/ISO regulated environment.
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, processes and compliance requirements.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of product development processes and requirements
- Financial acumen
- Experience with MS suite of products as well PLM systems
- Master’s degree in engineering, business, or related field
